What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. When you visit, download, and/or use any of our Services, WIX may collect aggregated usage Personal Information, such as Visitors’ and Users’ browsing and ‘click-stream’ activity on the Services, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc

How do we collect information?

When you register for events or to subscribe to our mailing list, we collect the personal information you give to us. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Why do we collect such personal information?

We collect personal information of people who register to our events in order to know how many people are attending and to be able to contact you with further information about the event, to inform you for potential changes in the venue or time, and to be able to inform you in case of a cancellation. We collect personal information of people who subscribe to our mailing list to be able to send you information for future events.

How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?

The ACTIN website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide information about the project to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

When you register to our events we send you a confirmation e-mail and further information about the event. We may also contact you via e-mail if there is any change in the event time or venue or if it is cancelled. When you subscribe to out mailing list we will communicate with you to inform you about future events.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

Wix uses cookies to provide a great experience for your visitors and customers, to identify registered members, to monitor and analyze the performance, operation and effectiveness of Wix's platform and to ensure the platform is secure and safe to use. We have included a cookie banner that gives you the opportunity to accept or decline non-essential cookies on our website.
